My BAM fam, let your people pleasing days be over, and live unapologetically to please God and God alone. When our vertical relationship with God is lived in obedience to the Word to walk in love, walk in faith and walk in the Spirit, our divine, horizontal relationships will flow easily. We will produce the fruit of the spirit and rivers of living water will flow freely from our bellies.
We must remember that even Jesus was not received by His own (they were too familiar), but instead He was rejected, therefore the people were not in position to receive miracles (Mark 6:4-5). No matter what you do, or how you look, you can turn yourself inside out, some people will not like you, and you need to be okay with that. Be at peace because not everyone will be in a position to receive the oil and gifts that God has placed within you. Shake the dust off of your feet and pour where divinely led and it will be received. You may plant seeds, you may water, but God will always give the increase. Flow in the Spirit and do not cast your pearls before swine (Matt. 7:6).
Remember that rejection is sometimes God’s protection. Just know that you are not really rejected, but fully accepted in the Beloved and under Love’s Protection.
Declare: I will be unbothered if “some” people reject me, because I know that the truth is “other” people will gladly accept me. The FACT is…I will remain, “Unbothered.”
